In stock items will ship in 1-5 business days after the order is finalized.
Items marked Dyed to Order or Pre-Order will ship within 2-3 weeks after the order is finalized.
We hate waiting for packages so we will try and get orders out as early as possible!
LeFrances Handmade Crafts & Fibre Art is not responsible for lost, stolen, or misdelivered packages due to mail carrier error or wrong shipping addresses.
Marking items as 'gifts' on international customs forms is illegal, LeFrances Handmade Crafts & Fibre Art will not fulfill these orders.
Shipping costs DO NOT include customs duties, taxes, and related fees. International customers are responsible for all customs duties, taxes, and other fees incurred after a package is mailed. Additional charges billed by the destination country are not predictable, not part of what we can pay ahead of time in shipping costs, and will not be refunded if charged. For example: all packages containing retail goods over $20 Canadian shipped from the US to Canada are technically liable for customs tax. In practice, this is rarely charged. We do not know ahead of time if or when this customs fee will be due. In the event that Canadian Border Services does flag a package as requiring a customs fee, the customer must pay it before the Canadian post office will release their package. We advise international customers to investigate and prepare for additional fees that will be due to their destination country.
We ship by U.S. Postal Service internationally. Charges will be based on published USPS rates. Shipping charges for international orders will automatically calculate during checkout. Check USPS.com for the latest rates.
Generally, international orders can take 2–4 weeks to be delivered. Delivery time depends on the destination.
Returns or Exchanges are handled on a case by case basis. I am always happy to work with you to help fix any issues you may have with our handmade item, however, please keep in mind that Lefranceshandmade is a small business. :) We will try our best!
Please email Lefranceshandmade@gmail.com within 1 week of receipt. If a return is accepted, the yarn must be in its original packaging, and unused with the tie intact. Refunds will be issued, minus original shipping charges, after the yarn has been received.
Exchanges will be accepted if the item is available, however, due to the constant change in yarn inventory this may be difficult to achieve.
I'm not able to dye custom colorways at this time.
