Subtle black, caramel and cream flecks (neps) have been spun to produce a textured, tweed-like yarn. When dyed, the viscose neps resist the dye and remain their original color. When worked up into a project, the yarn produces a rustic look due to the speckles of neutral colors provided by the tweedy neps.

Nylon is included with the neps so that the yarn is as versatile and durable as our other merino/nylon blends. It can be used for sweaters, scarves, shawls as well as more hard wearing items such as socks and gloves.

Read me please:

All of LeFrances Handmade yarns are hand dyed with professional quality acid dyes and every batch is one-of-kind. Please make sure to purchase enough skeins to finish your project, as future listings of the same colorway will inevitably look a bit different.

*** Please be aware that LeFrances Handmade will try to make sure pictures are taken in natural light to show the truest brightest depiction of each skein. If you feel the skein is not the same, please contact us and we will do our best to find a solution. Please refer to the Returns/Exchanges policy.

***Please be advised that colors may vary from screen to screen and may not appear the same to everyone.

Last thing :) :

Please keep in mind that LeFrances Handmade is a small business. We will do our very best to make sure to complete orders in a timely manner. We will also do our very best to replicate each colorway exactly as it is seen in the listing pictures. With that being said, these all hand dyed skeins and some variations are to be expected.
